There are two unique versions of the journey—each with its own musical compositions and guiding voice (one female, one male). Both are designed to support personal and group work, offering different energies and pacing to suit your context.

• Music + guiding voice to support embodied reflection
• Music only, for facilitators who prefer to offer their own live guidance
